**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain company services, products, and offers to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries regarding interior design and furniture solutions.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales and design teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 months to 5 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or a similar role (experience in the interior design or furniture industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A customer-focused and results-driven approach.
