Guest Relation Executive(Only Girls)

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a pleasant first impression.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Address guest needs, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, admin, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain guest records, feedback, and preferences for personalized service.
- Promote services, facilities, and events to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and professional at all times.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate documentation of guest interactions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and front desk software (if applicable).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
**Work Conditions**:
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards must be maintained.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
