**GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE (Only Female)**

**1) Job Purpose**

The job purpose of this role is to be responsible for guest relations management and ensure customer delight

**Accountability**

**Supporting Actions**

Helpdesk Management
- Adhere to the helpdesk management SOPs;
- Responsible to manage the helpdesk;
- Greet the guest with a friendly expression and assist them with need-based information on promotions etc;
Customer Delight
- Ensure the guest complaints and concerns are handled in an efficient and timely manner.
- Seek feedback from the guest over their experience and collate & share the same with the reporting manager;
- Coordinate and ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness are maintained with the objective of enhancing the customer experience;
Event Coordination
- Coordinate/ assist the marketing team in the execution of the planned events/ promotions

MIS, Reporting
- Updating daily / weekly reports on customer feedback, any key escalations;
- Maintain/update necessary reports, and spreadsheets;
Self-Development
- Ensure timely updating of the required skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
