**Job Title: Back Office Associate for Tender filing on GeM Portal**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back Office Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Back Office Associate, you will play a crucial role in handling various tasks, including processing quotations, e-invoicing, and preparing tenders on government portals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage quotations with a keen attention to detail.
- Handle e-invoicing efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare tenders on government portals, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all back-office processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in back-office operations, specifically in processing quotations, e-invoicing, and tender preparation on government portals.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for back-office tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes is highly desirable.
