Customer Relations Executive

Job Description:

- Interact with the customers through mail, chat or phone
- Coordinate with the client and the teams
- Obtain client feedback
- Answer marketing, pre-sales and sales calls
- Forward reboot request to NOC on demand
- Attend all incoming calls to the company.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduates/Post Graduates with 60% aggregate (B-tech Graduates not considered)
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Vibrant and lively nature

CTC Package:

- **First year**: Between 2.00 Lakh per annum to 2.30 Lakh per annum *
**Second Year**:2.60 Lakh per annum to 3.20 Lakh per annum*.
- Max. CTC depends on performance based variable pay._
