**Job Title**: Sales Executive( Construction Materials)
**Location**: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹50,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month + Commission & Performance Bonus

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage and build relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission and deal closure
- Develop and nurture long-term business relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy in tracking sales activities and pipeline
- Provide regular sales performance updates and reports to the management team

**Must-Have Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of B2B sales experience**, especially in service-based industries (consulting, SaaS, recruitment, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and experience managing sales pipelines
- Goal-oriented with a proactive, self-driven approach to achieving targets

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background in **consultative or enterprise-level sales**:

- Existing network of **architects, interior designers, builders, or procurement heads**:

- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Understanding of the **construction and building materials** industry is a plus

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Fixed Salary**: ₹50,000 - ₹1,00,000/month
- **Incentives**: Lucrative commission on every successful deal
- **Bonuses**: Performance-based rewards and growth opportunities

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday
- Day shift

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
