**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Anantam Advisors' services and generate leads.

2. Follow scripts and talking points provided by the company to engage potential clients and communicate key selling points.

3. Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with clients over the phone.

4. Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest and needs.

5. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

6. Record and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

7. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.

9. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

10. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or communication is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in a real estate or financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM software.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
