- **Territory Management**:

- Develop a strong understanding of the assigned territory, including market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Plan and organize daily work schedules to visit existing and potential customers.
- Keep track of sales activities, including customer visits, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- **Product Knowledge & Demonstration**:

- Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to customers.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales reports.
- Report sales progress, challenges, and market insights to the Sales Manager regularly.
- Keep track of inventory, pricing, and competitor activities within the territory.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategy, promotions, and customer outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other team activities.
- **Market Research & Lead Generation**:

- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor products.
- Assist in generating leads through customer referrals, partnerships, and local networking.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; internships or part-time work in sales or customer service will be an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of the local market and ability to speak the regional language.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

**Work Conditions**:

Pay: ₹11,041.60 - ₹29,509.72 per month
