- Responsibilities_
- _Provide R2R transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness daily_
- _Process Standard Monthly Journal_
- _Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation_
- _Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review_
- _Execute projects detail work and ensure all reporting requirement are met._
- _Work with Global Process Owner to standardize R2R activities_
- _Ensure all activities on the MEC are updated._
- _Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation_
- _Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with the Team Lead_
- _Assist and support the Team Leads in the implementation of project initiatives e.g. CERPs,_
- _Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service._
- _Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times._
- _Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible and proactive manner._
- _Identify, recommend and implement solutions upon Team Leads confirmation for continuous improvement opportunities._
- _Support new and existing team members through accurate knowledge transfer; sharing of resource, knowledge and experience and standard methodology thereby ensuring quality is maintained through any staff transition._
- _Lead end to end accounting work, including FA, IC and Closing and Reporting._
- _Strong Analytical skills to understand process issues and provide solution basis on process requirements._
- _Drive Continuous improvements by quality initiatives._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _ACCA,CIMA,CPA, M.Com or B.Com Graduate_
- _Excellent interpersonal skills - Good written and verbal language skills, as per country requirement for the in scope profile._
- _Good Negotiation Skills._
- _High customer service orientation._
- _Ability to prioritize optimally, be flexible as needs change._
- Preferred Qualifications_
- _SAP proficiency_
- _Flexibility to adjust standard guidelines to exceptions, following the required level of integrity._
