**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Individual Counseling**: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students dealing with personal, academic, or social issues.
- **Group Counseling**: Lead group counseling sessions for students with common concerns or issues, such as stress management or conflict resolution.
- **Academic Support**: Assist students in identifying academic challenges and offer strategies for success, including study habits, time management, and goal setting.
- **Mental Health Support**: Offer emotional support to students struggling with anxiety, depression, bullying, self-esteem issues, or other mental health concerns. Refer students to mental health professionals when necessary.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Mediate conflicts between students or between students and staff to ensure a positive school environment.
- **Parent and Teacher Collaboration**: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to create comprehensive support plans for students.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Conduct workshops or seminars on topics such as stress management, time management, communication skills, and career development.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- **Crisis Management**: Provide immediate support during a crisis, such as a student experiencing a mental health emergency, bullying incident, or family tragedy.
- **Promote a Positive School Climate**: Encourage a healthy, supportive, and inclusive school environment by fostering a culture of respect, kindness, and mental well-being.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
