We are now expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join us as **Tele callers** and **Student Counsellors**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tele caller Role**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Provide accurate information about our UPSC programs, fee structure, and schedules.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in CRM tools.

**Student Counsellor Role**:

- Understand students’ aspirations and career goals.
- Counsel students about UPSC preparation strategies and the benefits of our program.
- Conduct in-person or virtual counselling sessions.
- Coordinate with faculty and admin teams for smooth onboarding.
- Help students make informed decisions about joining our program.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Tamil/Hindi preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport.
- Positive attitude and a student-friendly approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets).
