**Position**: Admission Counsellor
**Location**: INSTIL ACADEMY
**Reports To**: Admission Head/Manager
**Working Hours**: Full-time/Part-time

**Job Overview**:
The Admission Counsellor is a key member of the NEET Coaching Academy team, responsible for providing guidance and counselling to prospective students and their parents. The role involves assisting students with the admission process, answering queries, and ensuring a smooth transition into the academy. The Admission Counsellor will also work towards achieving admission targets and promoting the academy’s courses and programs effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counselling and Guidance**:

- Counsel prospective students and their parents regarding the NEET coaching programs, eligibility criteria, and available courses.
- Provide detailed information about the academy’s curriculum, teaching methodology, and success rates.
- Help students select the appropriate course based on their academic background, career goals, and preparedness for NEET.
- **Admission Process Management**:

- Assist students with the entire admission process, from filling out forms to submitting documents and completing fees.
- Maintain records of all applicants, ensuring that all required documentation is collected and processed.
- Follow up with students who have shown interest but have not yet completed the admission process.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
- Regularly follow up with prospective students and ensure they are kept informed of key dates, events, and deadlines.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet monthly and annual admission targets set by the management.
- Provide input into the marketing strategies and outreach programs for student recruitment.
- **Marketing & Outreach Support**:

- Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events to represent the academy and attract prospective students.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and online content.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Conduct orientation sessions for newly admitted students to help them understand the academy’s environment and policies.
- Address concerns and resolve issues raised by students or parents, ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to admission.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and update student records in the academy’s database.
- Assist with preparing reports on admissions, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any field. A degree in Education or Psychology would be a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in counselling, customer service, or education-related fields is preferred. Experience in NEET coaching or related educational institutions is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving admissions targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other office tools.
- Knowledge of the NEET exam structure, eligibility, and admission processes.
