**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a robust distribution network assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
- Bachelors / masters degree in business administration or marketing / Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in distribution sales within the construction and building materials industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
