We are looking for a passionate Field Sales Representative to join our growing team and help us expand our reach.

**Job Overview**:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our interior design services and products. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, architects, and contractors while showcasing our unique offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design sector.
- Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase our design services and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, design innovations, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client needs are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers can apply.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts and materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
