Educational Criteria - Any ( 12th, Graduation, Post Graduation)

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Business Development**:

- ** Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- ** Generate Leads**: Identify and prospect new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- ** Market Penetration**: Expand the company's presence in the market through effective outreach and sales strategies.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- ** Build Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- ** Customer Service**: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- ** Client Retention**: Implement strategies to retain and grow existing customer accounts.

**3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:

- ** Present Products/Services**: Demonstrate and present company products or services to clients.
- ** Negotiate Contracts**: Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively.

**4. Market Analysis**:

- ** Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- ** Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients and market insights to inform product development and sales strategies.

**5. Reporting and Documentation**:

- ** Sales Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs, sales progress, and forecasts.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.

**6. Coordination and Communication**:

- ** Internal Coordination**: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to align sales efforts and address client needs.
- ** Team Meetings**: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.

**7. Territory Management**:

- ** Territory Planning**: Manage and organize a sales territory efficiently to maximize coverage and opportunities.
