**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for an experienced and enterprising individual with the zeal and passion to lead create ideas and conceptualize visuals at सादा / SAADAA.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**
- **Accounts Receivable Management**: Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and credit management.
- **Billing & Collections**: Ensure timely and accurate generation of invoices, follow-up on overdue payments, and manage collections effectively.
- **Reconciliation**: Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare monthly and quarterly AR reports, analyze accounts receivable aging, and forecast receivables.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline AR functions and enhance efficiency.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve customer disputes and ensure smooth operations.

**WHO YOU ARE?**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ICWA preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
- **Advanced Excel proficiency** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Analysis).
- Strong understanding of **accounting standards** (GAAP/IFRS).
- Experience with **accounting reconciliations** and resolving discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or QuickBooks).

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
