**Job Title: Digital Marketing Co-ordinator**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Coordination**: Assist in the execution and day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- **SEO Optimization**: Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content recommendations.
- **Social Media Management**: Help manage and grow social media platforms by creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media performance.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with content creators and design teams to develop engaging and optimized content for digital campaigns, including blogs, social media posts, and website copy.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights to track campaign performance, generate reports, and offer recommendations for optimization.
- **Paid Media Campaigns**: Assist in the management of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), ensuring budget optimization and monitoring KPIs.
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and competitor activity, contributing insights to continuously refine strategies.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **For Freshers**: Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn and grow in areas like SEO, social media, and paid media.
- **For Experienced Professionals**: Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns with hands-on skills in:
- **SEO & SEM**: Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) and the ability to optimize on-page and off-page content.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Ability to create and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- **Paid Advertising**: Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid media platforms and ability to optimize campaigns for ROI.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Strong skills in analyzing data and generating actionable insights using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
- **Content Management**: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and ability to create or edit website content and blog posts.
- **Basic Design Tools**: Proficiency with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual assets and social media content is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation and client interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a bonus.
**Education and Experience**:
- **Freshers**: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or a relevant digital marketing certification (Google, HubSpot, etc.).
- **Experienced Professionals**: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content management.
