Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of digital campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results
- Manage and update company website and social media channels with engaging content
- Assist in creating content, including blogs, articles, and ad copy for digital platforms
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and content, to create cohesive marketing strategies
- Maintain and track budgets for digital marketing initiatives
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest optimizations for better results

Required Skills & Qualifications:For Freshers:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

For Experienced Professionals:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign execution and performance analysis
- Ability to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Strong creative skills for content creation and campaign optimization
