**About STRUTT**:
**Role Overview**:
We’re hiring a **Factory Operations Coordinator** to manage production operations at our leather bag manufacturing unit. This is a hands-on role that requires smart coordination, people management, and a solution-driven approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Factory Floor Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and timely production.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Coordinate between orders, production, and dispatch to meet deadlines across B2B and D2C channels.
- **Inventory & Raw Material Handling**: Track stock levels, maintain inward/outward logs, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- **Tailor & Staff Coordination**: Allocate work efficiently, monitor attendance, and support in managing the production workforce.
- **Cost Control**: Assist management in identifying operational inefficiencies and work actively to **keep costs in check and reduce wastage**.
- **Quality & Packaging**: Ensure merchandise meets quality standards before final dispatch.
- **Data & Reporting**: Maintain Excel sheets, update stock and order logs, and ensure data accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year** of experience in factory/production coordination (preferably in leather or apparel industry).
- **Well-spoken, organised**, and able to multitask effectively.
- Must be **hardworking**, punctual, and capable of **working late hours** when production demands.
- A responsible and proactive attitude with a strong focus on **cost efficiency and problem-solving**.

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience in leather goods, garments, or accessories manufacturing.
- Basic working knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Prior exposure to dispatch coordination, vendor management, or ERP tools is a plus.
