**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and manage detailed student timetables and academic schedules.
- Perform office documentation tasks, including maintaining accurate records of student attendance, schedules, and administrative paperwork.
- Maintain and update student databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Use MS Excel to track, analyze, and report data for various departments, including student performance, faculty schedules, and administrative operations.
- Organize and manage administrative filing systems and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on office activities, student progress, and schedule changes.
- Handle basic office management tasks like preparing letters, memos, and other official correspondence.
- Assist in implementing digital solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
- Utilize office software tools (MS Office, Google Workspace) and other relevant tools to streamline office tasks.
**Required Software Proficiency**:
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
- Microsoft Outlook
- Scheduling/Timetable software (optional but preferred)
Qualifications:
- Graduation required; additional qualifications in office management or related fields are a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to handle complex data sets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
