**About Us**:
Star Bottles Retail entity is a leading retail and wholesale trading company specializing in high-quality packaging solutions including bottles, jars, and cans tailored for the food & beverage, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sectors. With a focus on customer satisfaction, product innovation, and operational excellence, we are looking to expand our team with a dynamic and detail-oriented Billing Executive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and process sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all billing data (product, quantity, pricing, taxes) is correctly entered into the billing software (e.g., Tally, Busy, Zoho, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth billing and delivery workflows.
- Maintain and reconcile customer accounts and follow up on pending payments.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing reports and support financial audits.
- Manage GST invoicing, credit/debit notes, and other tax-related documentation.
- Handle customer queries related to billing, product details, or payment clarifications.
- Maintain physical and digital records of invoices and delivery challans.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in billing/accounts in a retail or trading environment (FMCG or packaging industry preferred).
- Proficiency in billing/accounting software (Tally ERP, Zoho Books, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of GST and standard billing practices.
- Attention to detail with excellent numerical and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

**Nice to Have**:

- Prior experience in handling billing for packaging products (bottles, jars, cans, etc.).
- Understanding of inventory and dispatch processes.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
