**Job Title**: E-commerce Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms

Monitor inventory levels and manage product restocking

Process orders and ensure timely order fulfilment

Manage customer service inquiries and resolve customer issues

Analyze sales data and other metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Work with suppliers or distributors to order new products or restock existing ones

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the business remains competitive

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree

Min 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations

Strong understanding of online marketplaces, such as Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
