1 Area Officer Sambalpur
Manage operations of the assigned sites under him

Security knowledge, Communication skill, Manpower mobilization, Client coordination, Collection 1) Monitor and manage day-to-day operations within the assigned area. 2) Implement company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across the area. 3) Supervise and lead a team of security guards and supervisors under his area. 4) Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure optimal performance. 5) Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders in the area. 6) Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally. 7) Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency. 8) Ensure timely bill submission and collection every month.
