Role Overview

A creative strategist has many responsibilities when developing an employer's or client's marketing strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities;**

1) Upgrade benchmarks of copy & design with impeccable quality control and attention to detail

2) Proactively find paint-points in existing creative processes and formulate solutions to address them

3) Be a core part of strategy setting processes for all brand communication

4) Guide a diverse team of designers & copywriters towards a common goal of meeting and exceeding client expectations

5) Be part of pitches and/or client discussions and actively contribute creative & strategic inputs.

6) Stay updated with latest trends in the digital sphere and suggest ways to leverage it for existing clients

7) Brainstorm clutter-breaking campaign ideas and motivate team to do the same

8) Help strategize right communication strategy ( content buckets, tonality ) and the right platform for it

**Requirements**:
Previous agency experience preferred
