**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Professor at Akal College of Education. As an Assistant Professor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in your designated field. You will develop and deliver engaging lectures, lead class discussions, evaluate student performance, and provide guidance and support to students. This is an on-site role located in Himachal Pradesh, India.

**Qualifications (As per NCTE norms)**

Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/Sciences/Mathematics/English Language with minimum 55% marks.
M.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks.
UGC-NET in Education or Ph.D. degree in Education
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
Experience in curriculum development and assessment
Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is preferred

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
