**1. Assistant Professor (Psychiatry)**
**Location**: Solan, Himachal Pradesh
**Position**: Assistant Professor (Psychiatry)
**Job Type**: Full-Time, Contractual
**Salary**: Negotiable pay scale.
- Teach and mentor undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate students in Psychiatry.
- Provide psychiatric care, including patient consultations, therapy, and pharmacological management in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Assist in clinical rounds, case presentations, and department-led academic activities.
- Participate in research projects, academic publications, and professional conferences.
- Support the department in clinical audits, quality control, and curriculum development.
**Qualifications**:
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Psychiatry from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching or clinical experience after postgraduate qualification in Psychiatry (preferred).
- Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the State Medical Council.
- Strong interest in academic and clinical psychiatry.
**2. Professor (Psychiatry)**
**Location**: Solan, Himachal Pradesh
**Position**: Professor (Psychiatry)
**Job Type**: Full-Time, Contractual
**Salary**: Negotiable pay scale.
- Lead the Psychiatry Department, overseeing all academic, clinical, and research activities.
- Teach and mentor undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral students in Psychiatry.
- Provide expert psychiatric care, including complex case management, psychotherapy, and pharmacotherapy.
- Conduct and publish high-quality research in Psychiatry, with a focus on innovative treatments and patient care.
- Oversee departmental administration, including academic program development, student evaluation, and faculty supervision.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with other medical departments to enhance patient care.
**Qualifications**:
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Psychiatry from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in Psychiatry, with at least 3 years as an Associate Professor.
- Proven track record in research and academic publications.
- Registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the State Medical Council.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing a department preferred.
