**Key Responsibilities**:
**For Assistant Professor**:

- Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical sessions to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise and mentor medical students, interns, and residents in clinical settings.
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research projects, publications, and presentations.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and academic committees.
- Provide clinical care to patients in outpatient clinics and inpatient wards under the supervision of senior faculty.

**For Associate Professor**:

- Assist in curriculum development, academic planning, and program evaluation within the Department of Medicine.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, and clinical demonstrations for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Mentor junior faculty members, residents, and students in research endeavors and clinical practice.
- Lead research initiatives, secure funding, and publish scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals.
- Collaborate with other departments and institutions to promote interdisciplinary research and education.

**For Professor**:

- Provide leadership and direction to the Department of Medicine, overseeing academic programs, research activities, and clinical services.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Mentor and supervise faculty members, residents, and fellows in their academic and professional development.
- Lead research projects, secure grants, and publish original research in high-impact journals.
- Foster collaborations with national and international experts to advance medical knowledge and patient care.

**Requirements**:

- MD or equivalent degree in Internal Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Relevant teaching experience in a medical college or university, commensurate with the position applied for.
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, teaching, and research activities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
