**Job Description** Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports summarising performance, including revenue by channel.
- Access affiliate program dashboards to extract relevant data such as clicks, conversions, commissions, and other key performance indicators.
- Manage and maintain financial records, ledgers, and accounts in accordance with established accounting standards.
- Reconcile revenue data with invoices, affiliate dashboards, and internal records; resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and post revenue-related journals in NetSuite.
- Assist in creating financial reports for management, providing insights into the company’s performance and presenting actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and best practices.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing financial documentation, explanations, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues across finance, operations, and other departments to gather necessary financial information and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support the business with revenue-related items as required.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting and finance roles, with a strong understanding of double-entry accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex data into a clear business context.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data reconciliation.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive process improvements.
- Strong understanding of revenue models in affiliate marketing. (Desirable)
- Knowledge of NetSuite accounting software and its modules, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation functions. (Desirable)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CA/CPA preferred).
