**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **UI Design**: Assist in designing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.
- **UX Research**: Collaborate with the team to conduct user research, usability testing, and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- **Branding and Visual Design**: Ensure designs align with the brand’s style guide and overall aesthetic.
- **Feedback Implementation**: Revise and iterate designs based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.
- **Design Documentation**: Maintain clear design specifications and documentation to ensure consistency across products.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and other wireframing/prototyping software.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus, but not required.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and usability.
- Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Portfolio showcasing design work (personal or academic projects are acceptable).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
