We are seeking a creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team in
Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for someone with 0-1 years of experience in UI/UX design,
proficient in tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Rapidly prototype and wireframe ideas to bring them to life.
- Develop information architecture through user research and interviews.
- Ensure high-quality design execution from concept to delivery, with meticulous attention
to detail.
- Collaborate seamlessly with developers and stakeholders to transform concepts into
reality.
- Design for various uses, balancing quality and resourcefulness.
- Work with an Art Director, designers, and copywriters to conceptualize designs for
creative campaigns, social media, and marketing briefs.
- Oversee and review production assets from internal and external teams.
- Develop creative work that aligns with overall strategy within required turnaround times.
Skill Sets Required:

- Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong
portfolio.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and empathy for diverse user
personas.
- Passion for staying updated with UI/UX trends and technologies.
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills to effectively present design concepts.
- 1-2 years of experience in creating designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on
layout principles and aesthetic design concepts. (Experience in advertising/digital/social
media agencies is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Collaborative and flexible in working with diverse teams and shifting priorities.
- Experience working with Copywriters, Social Media Strategists, and Account Managers.
- Professional-level English proficiency for client management and coordination.
- Awareness of online social media trends and digital design.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.

Pay: ₹10,798.93 - ₹20,000.00 per month
