**Key Responsibilities**:

- **B2B Sales** - Identify, approach, and build relationships with business clients.
- **Lead Generation** - Create and manage a pipeline of prospective customers.
- **Field Sales** - Visit clients (when required) to present company products and solutions.
- **Deal Closing** - Negotiate and finalize sales orders to achieve monthly targets.
- **Daily Reporting** - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and share regular updates with management.
- **Inverter Sales** - Focus on promoting and selling solar inverters and related products.
- **Market Awareness** - Stay updated on market rates, competitor activities, and government/industry policies.
- **Customer Follow-up** - Ensure timely follow-up for orders, collections, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in **lead generation and field sales**:

- Ability to **close deals** and achieve targets
- Knowledge of **solar/inverter products** will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for reporting
- Good communication and presentation skills

**Education & Experience**:

- Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in Solar/Power/Electrical industry

**Employment Type**:

- Full-Time, Work from Home (with field visits as needed)

**Salary**:

- As per company norms + Incentives
