**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Executive is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the company. They ensure efficient office management, support various departments, and facilitate smooth communication within the organization. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:

- Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling office supplies.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Address any maintenance issues promptly and liaise with building management when necessary.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to executives and departments as needed, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
- Assist in drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries and directing communication appropriately.
- Facilitate communication between departments and ensure information flows smoothly across the organization.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating projects and initiatives, including tracking progress, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Policy and Procedure Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
