**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the nursing staff on daily shifts.
- Ensure proper patient care and safety standards are maintained.
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to nursing staff.
- Handle emergency situations and make quick decisions.
- Maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and management for smooth hospital operations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid registration.
- Minimum 3**-6 years of experience** in a supervisory or senior nursing role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently.
