As a Nursing Supervisor in Marton, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
- Mentor and support staff to enhance their professional development.
- **Patient Care**:

- Monitor patient care activities and ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Address patient concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Oversee the administration of medications and treatments as per prescribed guidelines.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of patient care services.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement within the nursing department.
- **Staff Development**:

- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new developments in healthcare.
- Facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for the nursing team.
- Encourage a collaborative and supportive work environment to foster staff engagement and retention.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, and other departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Marton.
- Proven experience in nursing leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of healthcare practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Leadership qualities such as integrity, accountability, and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

**Working Conditions**:

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
