Position: Assistant Regional Nursing Supervisor

Qualifications: B.Sc/M.Sc Nursing

Experience - 5 + years

Location: ECR, Chennai.

We are looking for a qualified nursing supervisor to oversee and manage the nursing team of our units. You should be able to ensure smooth nursing operation at our units through day-to-day management and long term planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Nursing operational standards are met
- Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer metrics.
- Train new team members.
- Evaluate Nurses' performance
- Handle complaints or other issues, to formulate SOPs
- Able to recruit nursing staffs as per the requirement, handle manpower management.
- Willing to travel PAN India

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Nursing Supervisor, ICU Experience and Admin activities
- In-depth knowledge of Hospital procedures
- Team management skills
- Great Communication, People skills, Leadership Skills and Networking Skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Should be Technology savvy with good knowledge in MS Office.
- Valid Nursing license.
- Hindi speaking is an added advantage
