Job Title: Sales

Kew Responsibilities:
1. Dealer Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with dealers in the assigned area to facilitate smooth loan disbursement.

Act as the first point of contact for dealers regarding loan-related queries, disputes, or escalations.

Conduct regular visits to dealer locations to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Educate dealers on the company’s product offerings and collection process to ensure streamlined collaboration.

2. Field Investigation:
Conduct on-site investigations of applicants' profiles to verify information and assess risk.

Visit customer locations to verify documents, check credibility, and gather information for loan approval.

Perform background checks on applicants by interacting with local authorities, neighbors, and business references.

Prepare detailed reports on investigation findings for the underwriting team.

3. Collections:
Track overdue payments and visit customers to collect outstanding amounts.

Negotiate and communicate repayment terms with defaulted customers to resolve payment issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies while recovering overdue payments.

Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and provide regular updates to the manager.

Good computer skills and command over Local Language is a must.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field investigation, collection, and dealer engagement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field visits.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations tactfully.

Pay: ₹25,000.01 - ₹29,456.24 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
