
Travel Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Customer Handling**
- Assist customers in planning and booking domestic & international travel packages
- Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering the best options
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
**Product Knowledge & Promotion**
- Stay updated on travel destinations, visa processes, and package details
- Promote group tours, honeymoon packages, corporate travel, and customized trips
- Upsell additional services like travel insurance, forex, and special activities
**Lead Generation & Follow-Ups**
- Follow up with potential clients to close bookings
- Maintain a database of leads and track conversions
**Coordination & Booking Management**
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local operators
- Ensure timely confirmations and smooth execution of itineraries
- Handle customer queries before and during travel
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in travel sales (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo) is an advantage
- Passion for travel and customer service
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
