**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Counsel students/parents inquiring about the course details
- Convert queries into sales and maintain a record of all conversions
- Gaining knowledge about all the programs & courses of the school
- Work towards achieving the target/goal set by the management
- Working well with marketing and support team in achieving company goals
- Handling Call/Chat requests from users and answering their queries

**Key Skills Required (Well Versed with)**:

- Persuasive, Believer, Smart Worker
- Fluent Communication, MS - Excel, Competitive Analysis
- Teamwork, Sales, MS -Word, CRM Software

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- Should have good communication skills. Fluent in Odia, English & Hindi.
- Knowledge of any local language is an added advantage
- Should have good knowledge about board curriculum and competitive exam
- Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during the phone conversations
- Should be a self-learner and highly self-motivated

**Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or as a student/academic counselor in a reputed organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
