Job Title: Admission Counselor (IB/CBSE School +2 Section)

Key Responsibilities:
Attract potential students: Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students and promote the school's programs, facilities, and educational offerings.

Relationship building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless admission experience.

Counseling and guidance: Provide counseling and guidance to students and parents regarding course selection, career options, and academic programs offered by the school.

Market research: Stay updated on the latest educational trends, competitor analysis, and market demands to develop effective admission strategies.

Event coordination: Assist in organizing and participating in admission events, fairs, and presentations to promote the school and attract prospective students.

Database management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information, inquiries, and admissions in the school's admission database.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Education, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Admission Counselor in an educational institution, preferably in an IB/CBSE school.

Strong knowledge of the admission process, academic programs, and educational requirements.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with IB and CBSE curricula is highly desirable.
