**Job Summary**: Backstage Creative Hub is looking for a Customer Relations Executive. As a Customer Relations Executive, you will play a crucial role in our customer service team, responsible for converting leads into satisfied customers. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with potential clients and ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process. **Duties and responsibilities**:

- Lead Conversion: Handle incoming leads and guide them through the sales pipeline to conversion via various communication channels.
- Engage with Prospects: Initiate proactive contact with potential customers across the globe, understanding their needs, and presenting our products as viable solutions.
- Customer Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads, addressing queries, providing information, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and informative sales presentations, showcasing key benefits and features of our offerings.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with leads, ensuring a personalized and positive experience to boost conversion rates.
- Communication Excellence: Exhibit outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information professionally.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead conversion progress, highlighting successful strategies and suggesting areas for improvement.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Good verbal communications skills
- Professional working proficiency in English and Malayalam
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma courses
- Previous experience in sales/ telecalling/customer service, or lead conversion is desirable but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office Tools
- Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Goal-oriented mindset, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
