**CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE**

**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

**Department**: Sales

**Reports To**:Sales Manager / DGM

**Job Role Summary**: As a Customer Relationship Executive at Scott Lumin KYK, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will work closely with our sales and technical teams to provide a seamless experience for them.

**Responsibilities Deliverable**:
1. Responding to customer inquiries

2. Outbound calls

3. Appointment scheduling

4. Follow-up calls

5. Upselling and cross-selling

6. Reporting and analysis

**Skills Required**:
1. Ability to influence customers

2. Good communication and convincing skills

3. Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Basic OS functions)

4. Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam and English. Intermediate knowledge in Tamil and Hindi

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total Work: 2 years (required)
- Telemarketing/Customer Relationship: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Tamil and Hindi (preferred)
