**Job Responsibilities-**

We are looking for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a high-growth and dynamic, and working environment.

This is an individual role directly reporting to the C0-Founder. You are expected to take full ownership of day-to-day accounting activities. On top of this, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in setting up various processes and systems and contribute to the growth of the company.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Payroll: Manage the payroll calculations for all employees (full-time and contractual).
- Compliance: Coordinate with audit and legal teams and ensure that all accounting and financial compliances are fulfilled
- Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the management, board of investors, and to the fiscal administrations
- Process and systems: Proactive design, development, and implementation of the accounting processes.
- Business Partnering: Effectively connect with various groups throughout the organization (e.g. Sales, HR, etc.) to offer support and solutions.
- Audit: Play a vital role in the external audit, statutory audits, and quarterly reviews, while working with the auditors to explain and document various transactions, business processes, and internal controls.

**Key Requirements**:

- 1-4 Years of Experience in working with a High Growth Organization
- Deep knowledge of accounting and tax laws
- BCom (Hons) Degree from a Tier 1 college or Equivalent. Additional educational qualifications like CA, CFA, and MBA (Finance) preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English and comfortable in presenting in front of a large audience, including senior leadership.
- Unwavering character and unquestionable personal and professional integrity.
- High initiative and a self-starter who operates with a sense of urgency, can both manage resources and roll up sleeves to complete projects end-to-end; highly process-driven and with precise attention to detail.
- Excellent Analytical Skills & Excel skills.

**Other Details**:
**Location**: Remote/Work from Home

We work **Monday-Saturdays**

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
