Furniture Sales Representatives assist customers in finding the right furniture according to their needs, preferences, and budget.

They are responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

duties include:

- Understanding customer needs and preferences
- Presenting and demonstrating the features of various furniture pieces
- Assisting customers in selecting furniture that suits their home or office decor
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on current furniture trends and styles
- Providing information about furniture maintenance and care
- Processing customer orders and payments
- Arranging delivery or pickup of purchased furniture
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Keeping track of inventory and restocking as needed
- Working with store management to optimize sales and improve customer experience

We are seeking a persuasive Furniture Sales Representative to sell our unique furniture designs.

The Furniture Sales Representative will pitch, negotiate, and close sales with customers both in-store and online.

Furniture Sales Representative responsibilities include understanding customer needs, recommending suitable furniture items, promoting sales offers, and maintaining the store’s visual appearance.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate furniture solutions
- Promote sales, offers, and discounts to customers
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges
- Maintain the store’s clean and attractive visual appearance
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of furniture
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate leads
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- English, Gujarati, Hindi (preferred)

**Location**:

- Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
