Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Processes requests and incidents from a queue based system covering a broad range of IT systems.
- Performs on-call duties for 24 hour support model.
- Tracks and documents projects related to specified area utilizing tools such as Jira and Microsoft Teams.
- Documents and maintains standard operating procedures and/or processes.
- Provides operational support for IAM processes utilizing Active Directory Users and Computer, CyberArk, and SQL Studio.
- Develops reporting and metrics to measure the service and identify potential risks.
- Performs analysis of queue metrics to identify trends and improve processes.
- Defines requirements and data flows to automate operationalized tasks.
- Utilizes various toolsets, including PowerShell scripts, to process tasks.

**Job Description**:
The primary role of the IAM Operations PAM Unix Analyst/Associate is to provision/ deprovision and manage the privileged access on Unix Systems using the industry standard tools, technologies and processes for PAM

In addition, they may have to review security policies, procedures, standards, baselines and may recommend and coordinate security remediation plans involving the implementation of security solutions, both technology and procedures; while maintaining an understanding of security standards, policies and procedures.
- Basic Knowledge of information Security and security best practices for access management, role based access management (RBAC), principle of least privilege and privilege access management for elevated system access for both interactive and non-interactive IDs
- Experience with Identity and Access Management domains including Identity Management, Access Management, Directory Management, Single Sign-On, Federation, and Role Based Access systems.
- User lifecycle management (Joiners, Movers, Leavers in the enterprise)
- Manage Unix/BoKS/Likewise for Unix user provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Lead workshops and other discovery activities to fully understand security requirements.

Technical Skills:

- Minimum 5+ years’ experience with Unix security and access controls management with working knowledge of Unix file system, directories, permissions and commands.
- Minimum 3+ years shell scripting experience and proficient in use of the unix text editors like VI, notepad++
- User Access Management in multiple Unix/Linux OS flavors including but not limited to AIX, Solaris, HPUX, RedHat, and SUSE operating systems.
- Demonstrable PAM Unix experience and the familiarity with concepts like Sudoers, Jump Hosts, Unix hosts & groups, Unix internal, login keys and unix sysadmin.
- Experience and working knowledge on BOKS, Likewise, Cloud Secrets Manager or similar product will be desirable.
- Hands on scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc
- Proficient in use of version control systems like GIT and CVS.
- Troubleshooting security controls related issues for other subsystems.
- Experience in Active Directory (AD) user and group administration.
- Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, JIRA
- Experience working with identity management solutions like SailPoint, OIM, ForgeRock.
- Good Knowledge of MSOffice suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint)
