**Required Skills**:
- 1 year of experience in HR and Tech Recruitement
- Knowledge in hiring at multiple levels and in technical recruitment
- Proficient in English
- Has the ability to multi-task and complete numerous tasks within deadlines.
- Possess strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills to deal effectively with all stakeholders of the Company.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to prioritize tasks
**Job description**
**Note ( This job will give you transition from a Tech Recruiter to a Generalist)**
- Key person in growing the team
- Hiring using recruitment portals, LinkedIn etc
- Manage and update HR documentation, including contracts of employment, standard operating procedures, HR policies and guidelines etc.
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, payroll, attendance management, leave management of the team etc
- Maintain compliance with local labor and employment laws.
- Ensuring training requirements for the team members
- Developing KRAs for team members
- Managing performance appraisal of the team members
- Planning team engagement activities
- Oversee and execute administrative tasks.

Office Timings - 10 AM - 7 PM, Monday to FridayLocation : Bangalore
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
