**Mission duration**: 3months renewable.

**Work set up** : On site if located in Bangalore ; fully remote if located somewhere else.

**Seniority** : 4 seniority levels required.

We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Specialist across various experience levels in the insurance domain,

proficiency in Japanese, and a proven track record of successful implementations for Lead and Expert Levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Leadership: Serve as a technical expert and project lead, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT staff, to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Requirements Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and implementation plans for Guidewire solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and support.
- Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise in Guidewire best practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**Requirements**:
**Experience Level (Junior): 1-2 Years**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of insurance business processes and industry standards.
- Familiarity in Guidewire configuration tools and scripting languages (e.g., Gosu).
- Familiarity with integration technologies and methodologies, such as REST, SOAP, and XML.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Proficient in Japanese, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is desired.

**Experience Level(Mid): 2-4 Years**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good Understanding of insurance business processes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Guidewire configuration tools and scripting languages (e.g., Gosu).
- Familiarity with integration technologies and methodologies, such as REST, SOAP, and XML.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Proficient in Japanese, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is desired.

**Experience Level (Lead): 4-8 Years**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong Understanding of insurance business processes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Guidewire configuration tools and scripting languages (e.g., Gosu).
- Familiarity with integration technologies and methodologies, such as REST, SOAP, and XML.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Proven experience in delivering at least one or more Guidewire implementation projects from inceptionto completion.
- Proficient in Japanese, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with clients and

team members.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is desired.

**Experience Level(Expert): 8-12 Years**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering at least two or more Guidewire implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Guidewire configuration tools and scripting languages (e.g., Gosu).
- Familiarity with integration technologies and methodologies, such as REST, SOAP, and XML.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Proficient in Japanese, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices is a plus.
