We are looking for a highly experienced Guidewire Developer with over 10 years of expertise in the design, development, and deployment of Guidewire applications, specifically within the PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter modules. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Guidewire configuration and integration, as well as strong hands-on skills in Java and Gosu programming.

This is a strategic and technical leadership role that will contribute to end-to-end insurance product implementations, upgrades, and enhancements in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and develop solutions on Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter.

- Configure, integrate, and extend Guidewire applications using Gosu, Java, and Guidewire Studio.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to define functional and technical requirements.

- Design and implement business rules, web services, and data model extensions within Guidewire

applications.

- Work with integration platforms to connect Guidewire with third-party systems.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive technical excellence throughout the SDLC.

- Support deployment activities and post-production support as Skills & Experience :


- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 6+ years in Guidewire platforms.

- Strong hands-on experience in Gosu, Java, and Guidewire Studio.

- Proficiency in Guidewire configurations, integration development, and plug-in customization.

- In-depth understanding of Guidewire Data Model, UI architecture, and workflow engine.

- Experience with SOAP/REST APIs, web services, and middleware/integration tools.

- Solid understanding of insurance domain processes (P&C Insurance preferred).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and DevOps Qualifications :

- Guidewire Certified Specialist or Developer (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).

- Experience in cloud-based Guidewire implementations (e.g., Guidewire Cloud).

- Knowledge of database design and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Qualification :


Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
