**_ What you’ll be doing..._**- Performs research focused on understanding work practice and user behavior as individuals and as part of a work group.
- Interacts with internal stakeholders to identify UX functional requirements.
- Works with product management and development to put functional requirements into context via use cases.
- Works in cross functional teams as part of the process for translating functional requirements into system designs.
- Influences the development team to support UCD.
- Develops low fidelity and high-fidelity UI prototypes
- Designs and runs product usability benchmark studies, usability field studies & contextual design projects.
- Guides creation of user scenarios and personas for product. Performs other duties, as assigned

**_ What you’ll bring to us _**
- 5+ years of user experience design and analysis or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Graphics, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Proficient in interview techniques
- Ability to identify emerging interaction patterns and trends
- Ability to develop high fidelity prototypes using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD and effectively communicate designs
