**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce visually appealing e-learning materials, including layouts, graphics, icons, and infographics.
- Ensure all visuals support the curriculum’s learning objectives and are aligned with target audience needs.
- Create interactive assets, such as clickable menus, drag-and-drop activities, and gamified elements.
- Simplify complex concepts by designing infographics, flowcharts, and visual aids.
- Work closely with instructional designers, content creators, and SMEs to align visual designs with learning objectives.
- Maintain consistency in design, adhering to organizational branding and style guidelines.
- Edit and optimize images and videos for use in educational materials ensuring they are of the highest quality.
- Develop templates and design frameworks for reusable assets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in e-learning or educational content creation.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch).
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with animation and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Vyond).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
