**Role Brief**:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that supports campaign goals and enhances audience engagement. This role is crucial for maintaining a high standard of design across platforms. The role also requires mentoring and managing other junior graphic designers and extracting quality output.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop graphics for social media, print materials, and campaign assets.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the organization’s branding

guidelines.
- **Leadership**: Guide and mentor fellow graphic designers, cartoonists and animators to achieve creative excellence.
- **Collaborative Work**: Partner with content writers, video editors, and campaign managers to deliver cohesive outputs.
- **File Management**: Organize and manage design files, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use and updates.
- **Tool Proficiency**: Use design software to create visuals, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Adapt designs based on stakeholder and audience feedback.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and meeting deadlines.
- **Research**:Stay up to date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve design skills.

**Preferred Qualification**:

- Master’s degree in visual arts, Design, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in political or social campaigns.
- Prior experience of working with a large team of creators and leading other graphic designers.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English for understanding local cultural contexts.
